Service Description

Extended Availability is intended for requests that fall outside standard local sessions. This may include travel, extended distance, or time windows that require additional coordination. This offering is logistical in nature and considered case by case. Pricing, timing, and details are discussed in advance based on the specific request. Extended Availability does not imply ongoing access or continued availability beyond the agreed arrangement.


Cancellation Policy

MASIVE provides presence-based services centered on shared time, situational support, and intentional human presence. Services are not therapy, counseling, medical care, or security services, and no such outcomes are implied or provided. Bookings & Payment: All sessions must be booked in advance through the website. Payment confirms reserved time and availability. At launch, sessions are paid in full online unless otherwise agreed in writing. Scope of Service: MASIVE provides time and presence only. Sessions may take place in public, semi-public, private, or virtual settings depending on the service selected and mutual agreement. MASIVE does not provide therapeutic treatment, crisis intervention, medical care, legal advice, or protective services. Client Responsibilities & Third-Party Costs: Clients are responsible for any third-party costs related to the chosen setting, including but not limited to tickets, entry fees, meals, beverages, or venue expenses. MASIVE does not collect or manage third-party payments unless explicitly agreed to in advance. Location, Travel & Extended Availability: Local sessions are offered within a reasonable service area. Requests involving extended distance, overnight availability, or travel beyond the local area may require additional approval, adjusted pricing, or booking under an Extended Availability service. Any travel-related expenses such as transportation or lodging are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in advance. Cancellations & Rescheduling (Client): Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations within 24 hours, late arrivals, or no-shows may be treated as completed sessions and are not refundable. Cancellations (MASIVE): MASIVE reserves the right to cancel or end a session due to safety concerns, health reasons, boundary violations, or unforeseen circumstances. If MASIVE cancels prior to the start time, a full refund or reschedule option will be offered. If a session is ended early due to client conduct or safety concerns, refunds may not be issued. Boundaries & Conduct: All sessions are based on mutual respect. MASIVE does not engage in illegal activity, explicit services, or conduct that violates personal or professional boundaries. MASIVE reserves the right to decline or end any session if boundaries are not respected. Acknowledgment: By booking a session, clients confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
