A MASIVE request is meant to help us understand the setting, expectations, and whether MASIVE is the right fit.

You do not need to provide every detail about your personal life.

Please provide only information that is reasonably relevant to the request.

If you provide information about another participant, please limit it to what is reasonably necessary for MASIVE to review or manage the request.

2. Sensitive Information

MASIVE does not routinely ask clients to provide medical records, Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, copies of government identification, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary website forms, text messages, or email.

There may be limited situations where additional information is reasonably necessary.

For example, MASIVE may need to confirm that someone meets the age requirement, verify identity, understand an accessibility need, or address information directly related to a particular request.

If MASIVE specifically requests sensitive information, we will explain why it is needed and, when appropriate, provide a suitable method for submitting it.

Please do not send highly sensitive information that MASIVE has not requested.

3. Age Requirement

MASIVE services and booking requests are available only to adults who are at least 18 years old.

Every client and participant included in a MASIVE request must be at least 18 years old.

MASIVE does not accept bookings involving minors, including with parent or guardian permission.

MASIVE does not intentionally seek personal information from anyone under 18 for a service request or booking.

If we become aware that information from someone under 18 has been submitted in connection with a request or booking, MASIVE may take reasonable steps to remove the information unless there is a legitimate legal, safety, or recordkeeping reason to retain it.

4. Payment Information

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

When you make a payment, the payment provider may collect the information necessary to complete the transaction.

MASIVE generally does not receive or store your complete payment-card information.

MASIVE will review reasonable privacy requests in good faith and in accordance with applicable law.

MASIVE may send communications that are necessary to respond to a request, manage a booking, process a transaction, provide service information, or address an existing client relationship.

These are service-related communications.

If MASIVE sends optional marketing or promotional email, you may unsubscribe through the option provided in the message or contact MASIVE directly.

Opting out of marketing does not prevent MASIVE from sending communications reasonably necessary for an active request, booking, transaction, or service matter.

The MASIVE website may contain links to websites or services that are operated by other companies.

MASIVE does not control those websites and is not responsible for their privacy practices, security, or content.
