Terms & Conditions
1. Nature of Services
MASIVE provides presence-based services centered on shared time, situational support, and intentional human presence. Services are not therapy, counseling, medical care, crisis intervention, legal advice, security services, escort services, or adult/sexual services, and no such outcomes are implied or provided.
MASIVE does not provide professional instruction, emergency response, or crisis management. Any perspectives or suggestions shared during a session are offered as personal observations only, and clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions and actions.
2. Scope of Service
MASIVE provides time and presence only. Sessions may take place in public, semi-public, private, or virtual settings, depending on the service selected and mutual agreement.
MASIVE does not diagnose, treat, advise, supervise, protect, or intervene in a professional or authoritative capacity.
3. Service Boundaries & Conduct
MASIVE services are grounded in mutual respect, clear boundaries, and personal discretion.
Physical contact beyond a brief, mutual greeting is not included as part of MASIVE services. Any attempt to initiate intimacy, unwanted physical contact, or conduct that violates boundaries may result in a session being paused or ended.
MASIVE does not engage in illegal activity, explicit services, or conduct that violates personal or professional boundaries. MASIVE reserves the right to decline, refuse, or end any session if boundaries are not respected or if safety, comfort, or alignment with the service values is compromised.
Any personal, social, or romantic connection that may develop outside of MASIVE services is not implied, guaranteed, or included as part of any booked session and exists independently of the service relationship.
4. Bookings & Payment
All sessions must be booked in advance and confirmed prior to the scheduled start time. Payment confirms reserved time and availability.
Depending on the service, circumstances, or location, payment may be completed through the website or via a secure external payment link provided by MASIVE. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, sessions are paid in full prior to the start of service.
5. Client Responsibilities & Third-Party Costs
Clients are responsible for any third-party costs associated with the selected setting, including but not limited to tickets, entry fees, meals, beverages, transportation, or venue-related expenses.
MASIVE does not collect or manage third-party payments unless explicitly agreed to in advance.
6. Location, Travel & Extended Availability
Local sessions are offered within a reasonable service area. Requests involving extended distance, overnight availability, or travel beyond the local area may require additional approval, adjusted pricing, or booking under an Extended Availability service.
Any travel-related expenses, including transportation or lodging, are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling (Client)
Clients may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, late arrivals, or no-shows may be treated as completed sessions and are non-refundable. Refunds, credits, or transfers are not provided for late cancellations or missed sessions. If a client arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time unless otherwise agreed.
8. Cancellations or Termination by MASIVE
MASIVE reserves the right to cancel or end a session due to safety concerns, health reasons, boundary violations, or unforeseen circumstances.
If MASIVE cancels a session prior to the scheduled start time, the client will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. If a session is ended early due to client conduct or safety-related concerns, refunds or credits may not be issued.
9. Acknowledgment
By booking a session, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including service boundaries, payment terms, and cancellation policies.
