Service Description
Extended Availability is for requests that go beyond a standard Presence Session, including longer time blocks, extended distance, travel related needs, special scheduling, or situations requiring additional coordination. Each request is reviewed individually. Timing, location, duration, expectations, boundaries, travel details, lodging when needed, and pricing are discussed before anything is confirmed. Pricing is based on the time requested, distance, travel needs, schedule demands, and overall scope. Availability applies only to the specific arrangement approved and does not create ongoing or unlimited access beyond that agreement.
Cancellation Policy
All MASIVE services are offered by request. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability or confirmation. Each request is reviewed individually and is confirmed only after written approval from MASIVE. Virtual Presence is provided by phone or video. In-person sessions are generally offered within approximately 20 miles of Richmond, Virginia unless another location or travel arrangement is approved in advance. Extended distance, travel, lodging, additional time, or special arrangements may involve added costs. Any added costs will be discussed and approved before confirmation. Listed prices are base rates. Payment instructions are provided after a request is approved. A session is not reserved until any required payment has been received. Clients may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Payments may be refunded or applied to a rescheduled session. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are nonrefundable. Late arrivals do not extend the scheduled ending time. If MASIVE cancels before a session begins, the client may choose a full refund or rescheduling. If a session is ended because of unsafe conduct, boundary violations, or client behavior, a refund may not be issued. Clients must be at least 18 years old to submit a request unless another arrangement has been approved in writing with a parent or legal guardian. MASIVE provides companion and ally services centered on calm, respectful presence. Services do not include therapy, counseling, medical or crisis care, caregiving, security or bodyguard services, or sexual or romantic services. MASIVE may decline or end any request or session that falls outside the service scope, violates boundaries, or reasonably appears unsafe. Clients remain responsible for their decisions, property, transportation, and personal conduct. By submitting a request, the client confirms that the information provided is accurate and agrees to this policy and MASIVE’s Terms & Conditions.
